Carlos H. Morales

Carlos Morales is the VP of Engineering leading Unconventional AI's System Modeling team, focusing on holistic system modeling of novel neural computational systems. Previously, he led Ambiq's AI team in developing highly constrained, energy efficient models for endpoint devices, and before that he led Intel’s neural network processor's horizontal software engineering effort, focused on enabling Deep Learning frameworks and cloud native orchestration for novel accelerators. This is his fifth semiconductor startup.

Unconventional Fact: as a kid he taught himself PL/I so a museum would let him use the card punch.
